  • Payments must be processed exclusively through Revoluu’s secure payment system.
  • Any disputes regarding payments will be handled through Revoluu’s dispute resolution process.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Share personal contact information before a contract is initiated.
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
  • Upload malicious content, including viruses and harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and data on Revoluu remain the intellectual property of Revoluu or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use platform content without permission.

8. Termination of Accounts

Revoluu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform.
  • Sharing unauthorized contact information before contract initiation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Revoluu is not liable for any damages arising from platform usage, including lost earnings, data breaches, or disputes between users. We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, users must first attempt to resolve it through Revoluu’s built-in dispute resolution system before seeking external legal action.

11. Modifications to Terms

Revoluu reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Payment Credits and Refunds

Revoluu may provide credit-based payment systems for access to premium or AI-driven features. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used. Refunds for unused credits may be considered only in cases of verified technical failure or billing errors. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers, and Revoluu does not store payment card details.
